As a new generation of building materials in the construction industry, precast concrete has been widely used in Europe, America and the Middle East. The shuttering magnet is one of the most important accessories in the precast concrete system, designed to fix side beams and stoppers when pouring concrete.
(1) The structure of shuttering magnet
The core component of the entire shuttering magnet is the magnetic array. The neodymium magnet and the steel plate form a special magnetic circuit, which provides a strong attractive force, which is controlled by the air gap. The relevant magnetic circuit is shown in the figure below.
Weizhong Magnetics has accumulated a lot of experience on shuttering magnets, and will provide customers with reliable solutions with excellent simulation software, production and testing facilities.
Very easy with precise positioning, thus reducing complexity and installation time.
Strong applicability, different concrete products can be processed on the same stainless steel plate.
The welding and bolting process is no longer required, which will damage the stainless steel plate.
Long service life and reusable. The return will be shorter.
Significantly improve the working environment while ensuring site safety.
Place the shuttering magnet on the designated position of the stainless steel plate.
After pressing the clamping handle, the shuttering magnet will be attracted to the board.
Use a professional crowbar to pry the clamping handle, and the magnetic force decreases with the increase of the air gap between the magnetic array and the board.
The fixing screws can fix different types of side rails and stops.
Prevent damage to the magnet to the greatest extent and avoid external forces.
The working surface of the magnetic array should be kept clean and smooth, which is similar to the magnetic lifter.
The flexibility of the gripping handle is affected by the intrusion of iron filings and concrete.
Appropriate rust prevention.
The maximum working temperature of the simple shuttering magnet should be lower than 80℃.
